About these terms

These terms govern your use of userecurrence.ai (the “Site”), operated by RisingWave Labs (“RisingWave Labs,” “we,” “us”). Recurrence is a RisingWave Labs product. By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

Access to and use of the Recurrence service is governed by a separate agreement between your organization and RisingWave Labs. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, that agreement controls.

Early access

Requesting early access does not guarantee access. We open Recurrence to teams in stages and may accept, defer or decline requests at our discretion. Early-access features may change, be limited or be discontinued.

Information on the Site

• Content on the Site is provided for general information and may change without notice.
• Examples, sample outputs and latency figures shown on the Site are illustrative, not measurements or guarantees of performance.
• The list of supported models reflects our plans at the time of publishing and may change. Model availability, inputs and terms are set by each model's provider.

Third-party names and logos

Model, company and product names and logos shown on the Site belong to their respective owners. Their use is for identification only and does not imply endorsement by, or affiliation with, those owners.

Acceptable use

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• Break the law or infringe anyone's rights.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site, or try to gain unauthorized access to it or our systems.
• Submit false information, spam or malicious content through our forms.
• Scrape or copy the Site at a scale or in a way that burdens it, or use it to build a competing product.

Our intellectual property

The Site and its content, including the Recurrence name and logo, are owned by RisingWave Labs or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view and share pages for your own informational use, but you may not otherwise copy, modify or distribute them without our permission.

Links to other sites

The Site may link to websites we don't control. We aren't responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimer

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RisingWave Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information you share through the Site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Site after an update means you accept the new terms.
